These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Medicare benefits review offered by Reklaw Insurance through this website. By submitting your information or booking a free review, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Reklaw Insurance is a licensed insurance agency that helps individuals review Medicare options available in their area. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

Reklaw Insurance is currently licensed to offer Medicare-related plans and services in the following states: WV, AL, FL, GA, IN, MS, OH, NC, TN, TX, PA.

If you reside in a state where we are not licensed, we will be unable to complete a benefits review or offer enrollment assistance. In that case, we will notify you and, where possible, direct you to Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE for further assistance.

Medicare Open Enrollment runs each year from October 15 to December 7. During this window, eligible individuals may change their Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage for the following year.

Other enrollment periods, such as the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (January 1 to March 31) and Special Enrollment Periods, may apply depending on your circumstances. Availability of plans and benefits depends on the applicable enrollment period and your eligibility.

This benefits review is intended for adults ages 64 and older who are approaching Medicare eligibility, or who are already enrolled in Medicare. Eligibility for specific benefits, plans, or savings depends on your age, state, health, carrier guidelines, and the enrollment period in effect.

Some plans may offer a $0 monthly premium depending on your eligibility and service area. A $0 premium does not mean a plan is free; other costs such as deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance may still apply.
